My husband really appreciated her efforts. Only one picnic table for every two spots and ours was damaged. The place was at capacity and the kids in the water were having a good time, so, it was a good location. We have a 45' motorhome so all other reviews saying this is a tight park, please learn how to drive. Anyone in North Carolina should stop by or check out this smoke shop online or give them a call today! There's no grass for walking dogs, but there are several wide trails with just gentle slopes. Our site had full hook-ups so we just used our own facilities. The spot was a pull through, but very tight, very close. It is narrow and backing in a trailer or a large rv is tricky. No potable water, no working sewer connection, Wifi so slow it was unusable, trash and poorly maintained equipment and trailers all around. The city itself offers a huge variety of restaurants, as well as an impressive array of breweries. Showers could use more cleaning attention. You will not find a lot of amenities here.
I did run down some tree branches backing in and pulling out which could be corrected by cutting them way back. Located two miles from downtown Hendersonville. . It is much nicer than it looks from outside the park. The park is small, perhaps 25 sites, right on the French Broad River, with access to the riverfront trail runs down the middle of the park which is a lovely walk or cycle. We would not return because it's just too scary driving in.
